There are no birthdays today
3 years ago, I traveled to New Orleans for business. The first thing I noticed was the hospitality and genuine appreciation the people had for those who traveled to their city. The Ninth Ward (where Katrina hit the hardest) is the "HOOD". So of course the city is not breaking their neck to re-build an area with drugs and crime.
